Fees & charges
  • Full payment is to be made on the day unless otherwise pre-arranged with the practice
  • Payment can be made by cash and EFTPOS facilities. Most major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard)
  • There are facilities for on-the-spot HICAPS claiming for most private health insurance funds
  • Members First provider for Bupa and Members' Choice for Medibank
  • No further appointments will be made until your account is settled
  • If you are unable to keep your appointment please call (08) 8262 5829. or leave a voice message as soon as possible, preferably 24 hours notice. Failure to attend an appointment may incur a fee
