Fees & charges
- Full payment is to be made on the day unless otherwise pre-arranged with the practice
- Payment can be made by cash and EFTPOS facilities. Most major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard)
- There are facilities for on-the-spot HICAPS claiming for most private health insurance funds
- Members First provider for Bupa and Members' Choice for Medibank
- No further appointments will be made until your account is settled
- If you are unable to keep your appointment please call (08) 8262 5829. or leave a voice message as soon as possible, preferably 24 hours notice. Failure to attend an appointment may incur a fee

Oakden Dental Surgery takes any complaints seriously and you can be assured that your complaint will be dealt with in a professional manner.
